2026 Tribal Elections Announcement Email Sent out
Email to members have been sent out with instructions, policy and procedures:
Greetings all Members of Chihene Nde Nation of New Mexico,
Our annual gathering is fast approaching. This year is an election year.
Elections will be held at the gathering site on July 18th, 2026 between 3:00PM and 5:00PM Mountain Time. You must be present in order to exercise your vote or run for election.
All Tribal Council positions are up for election, to include the following:
Chairperson
Vice-Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Member at Large (3 positions)
Elder Representative (2 positions)
